Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Shortly after submitting the complaint, Ticketmaster called me and is issuing me a full refund.

Dear Ticketmaster Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience with Ticketmaster and the Pepe Aguilar Presenta Jaripeo Sin Fronteras event, for which I purchased three tickets.
The event, initially scheduled for August 4, 2023, at the FLA Live Arena, Sunrise, Florida, was abruptly postponed without any prior notification. I only became aware of this change when I arrived at the venue on the day of the event.
This lack of communication is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience to me and my companions.
Despite numerous attempts to seek information from Ticketmaster, the responses have been vague and unhelpful. The latest communication, received on August 25, assured me that I would be notified as soon as the status of the event changes or the new date is announced. However, it has now been more than 60 days since the event was postponed, and I am still in the dark about any rescheduled date.
According to the information provided by Ticketmaster, if 60 days have passed with no rescheduled dates, the 30-day window for refunds would open. Today, I contacted Ticketmaster to request a refund, as the 60-day waiting period has elapsed.
Shockingly, I was informed that a refund is not possible because the event organizer is not allowing it.
Furthermore, the representative was unable to provide any contact information for the event organizer, leaving me with no recourse for seeking a resolution.
This situation is not only inconvenient but also raises serious concerns about the legality and fairness of the refund policy. I am entitled to a refund according to the terms laid out by Ticketmaster, and I find it unacceptable that this is being denied without proper explanation or avenues for recourse.
I request immediate action to address the following issues:
1.Provide clear and updated information on the rescheduled date for the Pepe Aguilar Presenta Jaripeo Sin Fronteras event.
2.Clarify the contradictory information regarding the refund policy and why I am being denied a refund despite meeting the stated criteria.
3.Furnish contact information for the event organizer or facilitate communication with them to resolve this matter promptly.
I hope we can find a fair and reasonable solution to this issue, and that you provide a full refund.
I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and expect a swift resolution.

User's recommendation: After submitting this complaint, I received a phone call from Ticketmaster. I am now receiving a full refund! My recommendation to other customers is do your research and escalate if you need to.

Wrong order
Ordered tickets to the circus for my grandkids and after we drove over an hour to get there was told my tickets were for the next day, they wouldn't allow me to stay and trade the tickets for that day although the area I had was available an the box office told me the barcodes shouln't have shown up if it wasn't for the day of the purchase , but the barcodes did show. Box office tried to notify ticketmaster for me and I also called ticketmaster to no avail, I listed the tickets for sale due to we couldn't go back the next day with no success, so I am out of $136.00 plus $5 parking and 2 very disappointed grands.
Never in the past have I had any problems with ticketmaster. Think very unfair.

ORDERED TEN TICKETS FROM TICKETMASTER AND PAID FOR THE USELESS ALLIANZ INSURANCE - Had two people let go from Company, so I needed to file a claim for 2 tickets. (*my company)
The entire claims process is a shame.
You need to file documentation stating the reason and a lot of other information. That the website does not explicitly ask for. So you go on the merry-go-round of filing, waiting 14 days for a review only to be told we need more info. Resubmit and wait 14 days to review again, hoping you gave them enough so you don't do it a third time.
I called 34 times, was disconnected twice from the claims department with no call back. Finally, I made it to the examiner dept and was told sorry you will have to wait. So I asked if the information I provided, is it enough. The response was, we can't say the examiner assigned to you will decide.
At that point I lost it time to report to BBB, Ticketmaster and NFL. They are abusing us, the CUSTOMERS. DON'T USE ALLIANZ GLOBAL ASSISTANCE. THEY RUN IT LIKE OLD SCHOOL INSURANCE DENY AND STALL, MAYBE THE CUSTOMER WILL QUIT.
I ALSO ASKED FOR A CLAIMS SUPERVISOR TO TALK WITH ME AND THEY REFUSED. I WAS TOLD WAIT. I HAVE WASTED HOURS ON THIS FOR TICKETS TO A GAME. PEOPLE START STANDING UP TO THESE CORPORATION THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
NO MATTER HOW NICE THEY ARE ON THE PHONE.
I DON'T CARE WE NEED RESOLUTION NOT SYMPATHY OR EMPATHY. GET THE JOB DONE FOR THE CUSTOMER.

This happened to me as well. I would have never purchased the tickets if I knew it was an obstructed view.
I only found out when I added the tickets to my phone. I was willing to just let it go and lesson learned but now the concert has been indefinitely postponed with a future date yet tbd and they are refusing to refund the tickets.
I have had it with Ticketmaster and I am cc'ing everyone and anyone including my senator, the BBB, and every media outlet in town. It is funny, a little bad press and including my senator on these emails will probably result in a refund but we should not have to spend hours trying to resolve issues that are a result of a corrupted corporation!
