I was online trying to purchase NBA basketball tickets for February 2nd 2024. The Grizzlies play Golden State Warriors. But the tickets I purchased was for the game on January 20th in Chicago. I am not looking for a refund , I just want to pay the difference for the 3 tickets and have the previous tickets switched from Chicago to Memphis. Please help

I was in a que wiv ticket master for the Akon tickets was in the lobby early get to were I can click on the tickets to be able to buy them for the page to freeze now saying low availability but wont let me buy absolutely gutted has got uo so early and so poorly to be able to get a chance of getting them is that it now and there is no availability in Manchester absolutely gutted has all my daughters friends managed to get them dont think it works to good to wait get all the way there get to were u r to enter ure bank details then for the page to freeze I do understand there might be high demand got a very upset daughter Sad and really carent afford what other sites are charging for tickets its a joke xx

Ticket sale

I was trying to buy tickets for a concert. They were available on the website and on their app.

There were two seats together, one was an aisle seat. The app and the website kept telling me that I could not buy the tickets because I needed to buy at least two, and I was selecting two seats. I called customer service and they said that I had to buy two aisle seats. I explained to them that one was an aisle seat and one was the seat next to it.

They proceeded to tell me that the seat next to the aisle was mislabeled and I could not buy them because it was mislabeled. I pointed out to them the error was theirs, and as I was speaking to customer service, maybe they could fix it and sell the ticket to me. The customer service agent told me that was impossible. I asked him to check above him so they could fix the labeling and actually sell their goods to me, a customer.

After being on hold, he told me that the labeling would be fixed within 24 hours.

I asked him if they could reserve the tickets for me since I pointed out the error and he said no. When I went back to the website immediately, the tickets were no longer available.

Ticketmaster - Ticket Price Gouging!!

I bought 2 tickets to a Depeche Mode concert on October 23 at the Capital 1 Arena in DC and I payed $1,000 per ticket for seats 20 rows from the stage. Today I checked your website and saw 2nd row seats for half that price ($525).

Better seats at HALF THE PRICE?, what kind of *** backwards pricing strategy is that? Your customer service rep stated that this was due to market pricing. I understand the laws of supply and demand but I guess market pricing is code for: lets screw the people that bought tickets early after the concert was first announced. Maybe everyone should wait until the week before and then buy from you so they can be assured they are not getting screwed by you?

Where on your website does it say that if youre willing to wait, the tickets could possibly be half the price? $500 per seat is not chump change and you should be ashamed of yourselves for that level of PRICE GOUGING! I see you as a monopolistic money grubbing corporate *** will to do anything to screw people out of their hard earned money. I have spent at least $20,000 with you over the past 10 years alone (look it up) but it looks like my concert days are over as I will not do business with a company like yours.

The only people that can stop an out of control monopoly like you is Congress. I hope they break you up and put you out of business!!

User's recommendation: I’m not that stupid to think anything will change with you as long as you’re making big money screwing your customers. My recommendation to future customers is to contact their congressman to put pressure on Ticketmaster to stop these practices.

I paid in full for 2 tickets to take my grandson to Jelly Roll. Provided all information and confirmation. Called Klarna and Ticket Master. The TM agent said that my order was canceled by Klarna who doesnt have the ability to cancel anything and shows that I paid for them. How am I to tell my grandson after hes been locked in and looking forward to our night that theres no tickets. Put in a complaint with both companies. Concert is Aug 22nd in Evansville Indiana and hopefully they get my tickets to me.

After transferring the tickets (3 times) I bought for a Yankee game today and canceling them, getting to talk to a live person was just a nightmare. The website dos not give you a customer service phone number and if you dare to buy tickets from your phone, basically if youre not attending the event, you my lose them !

Purchase issue

APurchased 3 tickets through Groupon to the Love Hard Tour in Columbia SC from ticket master. My credit card was charged $247.50. Groupon is going back forward with me about the issues. Groupon can clearly see my card has been changed and no ticket were sent. This is stressful. Any assistance you can provide wii help.
