The fact that we paid so much for the floor tickets, and VIP Package only to have Ticketmaster add General Admin / Pit seats after they claimed the show was SOLD OUT was BS. Did not get tickets until day of event, 6/26/18 after being sent to every box office at venue to collect tickets.

The VIP Party was a joke as well. Unorganized at venue for the Ticketmaster VIP package holders. Only after many many ticket holders complained and asked what was going on did we have direction. 5:30pm Doors Open, NOPE..

Not true! Swag bag - fine. Crowd free mechandise shopping, that was available as soon as you walked on the L.C. property outside the venue.

VIP Staff-JOKE....

I will never purchase a VIP package again from Ticketmaster or Little Caesars Arena. Total dissapointment and waste of money.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Worst customer service ever, Never answer the phone calls.
