Ticketmaster Concert Ticket Review

I bought tickets for my daughters 5th birthday and they sold me tickets to the wrong state. I called as soon as I noticed which was 24 hours before the concert. The refused to give me a refund or exchange my tickets for the correct date. Said it was merchant error. Worst company to deal with ever!!!
