My wife and I wanted to take our children to see The Thorn in April in Knoxville, TN. We purchased the tickets but picked the wrong date.

We chose April 23rd instead of April 22nd.

Is there a way to change these tickets and still keep four seats together? We also have parking.

Refused to help me reset my password, which they requested. Now, I am locked out of my account and can't retrieve my tickets.

I can't get anyone on the phone; no one answers. I've been trying to contact customer service for over two weeks now, and still, no answer.

They were very cooperative in texting and haven't received my funds yet, but I know it's coming from how they responded to me. I like that, I just want them to take away the duplicate set I purchased. It's still going to show that I just want them to pay me back for the duplicate I placed.

I bought my ticket from the presale, which should have been cheaper. However, after I bought it, I found that there were cheaper tickets on general sale.

I think this is very unfair. It's equivalent to deceiving consumers. I cannot accept this issue. I want to apply for a refund.

I don't want to continue using this platform. If my issue cannot be resolved, I will choose to complain to BBB.

I got very sick before that date of concert when I felt better I try to connect with someone that work there to let them know I had not been able to attend the concert. . however I spoke to a travel agent that told me to refund the money I need to send a doctor note and file a claim with the excover are something like that in the city was the name of the concert I didnt attend.anyway When I tried upload the documents it never open up to obtain the idocuments .how do you charge for something that you never went to my ticket was never scanned so just return the money .

This company's monopoly should have been broken up in the court case against them. Their website wants me to choose a new password, but won't send me a new password code.

Their customer service person was utterly useless in resolving this. And because I can't access their site, I wasted $200 on tickets to an event I can't go to because my tickets are locked on their site.

Ticketmaster walk me through the issue but I still thought that I should have received a discount on my tickets. They had no instructions on how their promo or discount codes worked on their website which is totally difference then 99% of the websites out there.

Im on holiday next year in vegas in April and accidentally booked the sphere for March so wanted to change the date for my tickets please help

I did not receive any confirmation code on my phone number or on my mother's phone number, so I cannot sign up on Ticketmaster in order to purchase some tickets.

I waited for an hour and a half to speak to a customer service representative, and when I finally got someone, I couldn't understand their broken English. I've always enjoyed Ticketmaster concerts, but I have learned a lesson here about early purchases with any chance of cancellation.

Just wanted to know if I could take my payment information off of the site and she said of course it's very simple
