The staff was not very well-educated on the v.I.P process made us stand in 2 long lines.We missed out on all our vip perks. I was then told by a rep they was sending the vip packages and a 100$ gift card.
I feel i paid so much you cant buy a ga ticket for 100$ at any show. I then called back n was promised a customer care callback its been three days . I explained i dont want full reimbursement but this isnt fair either. I mentioned one days pass at Aftershock in sacramento would be fair.
It ruined my suprise for my anniversary to my guy whose a huge.
fan of chicago. It was my first VIP and honestly it was terrible to be forced to stand in long line we missed all the fun stuff and two songs by chicago some of the staff was rude and literally said i dont know to our questions i ended up crying this was special to me and my guy still waiting for customer care

I think the session was over but I confirmed my credit card dtails at the same time. And the total amount was paid by my credit card.

I bought these tickets and could not go. I tried to sell the tickets and they would not allow me to sell them.
Today is the concert which I cannot attend and there is no way to sell these tickets.
I am now at a loss of $222. This seems like an unfair practice!

I woke up this morning in Michigan to a fraudulent charge on my debit card for $1,291.53. I can't contact my bank for anything because it's Sunday and apparently, their fraud department doesn't work one day a week.
I am wondering if there is any way for you to stop this from your end, as it's still a pending charge? This is a lot of money for me and it's going to hurt me financially.
Please help me stop this charge. It says the charge is from Ticketmaster in LA, California.

Aerosmith canceled the event for which I have tickets. The original payment method is no longer valid.
Ticketmaster sent a refund to the bank, and the bank returned funds to Ticketmaster. During an online chat, Brandon stated that the refund will be in the form of a check.
This conversation took place on September 5th, with an update expected in 3-5 business days. It is now the 11th, and the chat representative wants to argue that there will be no check.

I have two tickets for P!nk on Monday, Tuesday in Seattle that my father was coming to Seattle to go with me too. She canceled her original dates in Seattle and nobody could see that my father would just pass away and cannot go.
I need to refund my tickets. This was a lot of money and I now need to go to Florida for my fathers death.

My tickets were voided and canceled three days before the event, forcing me to buy more before my refund was even issued. This was a birthday present for my daughter.
The lack of communication prior to three days before the event, with no offer to even make this right, is unacceptable for a company this large and with whom I have done a lot of business with over the years. Ticketmaster needs to do better.

I bought tickets to see Wicked and purchased an aisle seat for my son, who's in a wheelchair, as there were no accessible seats available for the dates we needed and he can transfer. Aisle seats are usually fine.
However, upon contacting the theater, they said there was no way those seats would work, since they are downstairs. The theater advised me to cancel the tickets since they can't transfer or exchange them with third parties. I contacted Ticketmaster via chat, and they said I couldn't cancel, that they would contact the venue to try and exchange them. Mind you, this chat said someone would be with me in four hours.
After four hours, someone came on and said they escalated it to another team. 24 hours later, I still hadn't heard back, so I made a call. First, a lady who barely speaks English answered. I told her my dilemma; she said she would transfer me.
Bob, who seems out of touch, got on the phone, and I explained the situation to him. He remained silent for a few minutes and I had to ask him if he was still there. He explained he didn't understand why I just couldn't wait for them to get a response from the venue. I reminded him that I had already contacted the theater, and they couldn't do exchanges with third parties.
Bob was like, 'I don't know what third party means'! I kid you not, this is what he said, you can't make this stuff up. I explained to Bob what a third party was and told him that since he was TicketMaster, he was the third party. There was silence.
'Bob, are you still there?' 'Yeah, uh, I'm just trying to search for something for you.' 'Oh okay, you're processing the information.' HE HANGS UP ON ME!!! OMG, I was fuming. I called back, asking for a manager right away. Becky, from the Philippines, seemed flustered by my request to speak with a manager.
'Hello Becky, are you there?' 'Yes, I want to know what you need.' 'Didn't you just hear what I said? I told you I was hung up on and needed a manager.' SHE HANGS UP ON ME TOO! I am still on hold and still waiting for a response.
I just called the bank and had them cancel the charges. I mean, seriously, WTF?!

Don't be such a scam company. I bought two Pink tickets and the insurance for concert date 9/13/2024.
I've been trying to get the money back for a month! Now, TicketMaster says I don't have any tickets!

Could not buy tickets from your website. Called, was given a solution. You are missing out on a ton of business if you cannot sell tickets to people who get stuck on your website and give up. It ruins
I have used your website successfully many times. I was unable to purchase six tickets for an event today and I had to give up.
I called you and was redirected back to the website. My son-in-law is a CIO and network engineer. He could not purchase tickets Either off your website. I have been using online to purchase stuff for 20 years.
When it doesnt work, you should provide a solution to the millions of people who just give up. It wrecks our day I did not have an hour to spend on this and I did anyway. Now Im mad And going to a party. This is why I refused to partake in this nonsense.
I just want to purchase some tickets. I dont want anything other than that. Please offer another solution or forget about millions in revenue. Usually, when I give up, I am so pissed off that I wont go to the venue.
It happens. Everyone of my friends says the same thing. And I have lots of friends . Know you wont do anything or even respond to me other than some canned response that I wont read.
If I was in charge of Ticket Master, I would provide a solution and increase sales and profit by 20%.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Through repeated pressure from the show producer and the venue as well as 20+ contacts from myself
Never again will I use Ticketmaster. Terrible chat service -never got as far as a human being.
They were due to refund me and despite me supplying all the evidence required, the chat eventually died and I got no further response .
Couldnt find a way to complain either - just got pointed back to the chat bot. Beyond frustrated.
