[PERSON_NAME] very disappointing of the show i was seen the night of may 30 ,i bought tickets for [PERSON_NAME] but the performances i saw not was nothing like it ,i expended to much money and i fell that was a fraud.

- StubHub refunded; I bought on-site tickets after originals didn't arrive.
- I paid about $600 for tickets.
- Security escorted me out; I want a refund.
How much 27th I was supposed to see *** I purchased tickets from *** and they didn't arrive in time so instead I got a refund back from them and I bought tickets on site at the venue at *** the department was *** paid $600 for approximately 585 being at the venue was going to be a lifetime experience I have a wife that's going to have Alzheimer's all I want her to do is see *** I took my camera out so I can take a picture security came up to me very rude and told me to put the f***** phone down or get the f*** out I had asked him what he said he said you f***** heard what I said I was very disrespected by the way he spoke to me so I put the phone down and I gave him the finger next thing you know security is *** me out I'm trying to explain to them what happened but they didn't want to hear it I was there for about 15 minutes before *** came out I'm trying to understand why it is that they handled it in such a manner I kept asking for them to take the phone until the end of the venue to please not escort me out but they told me to take it up with the box office I called the box office they give me the runaround they tell me I need to call Ticketmaster I call Ticketmaster and tell me to call the venue I don't know what to do at this point I'm asking for my refund back my phone number is *** please contact me I need your help I don't know what to do I feel that this was wrongly done and I feel that I should have been given a fair warning before I was kicked out for seats that I paid for to make memories for me and my wife the behavior of this Entourage is unacceptable and degrading to people they should learn how to handle and talk to people not just kick us out because they have the power

- Rep was hard to understand on a 1h20m call; tickets weren't sent to my phone and must be picked up at the box office; I paid $40 to change the date.
The customer service representative could hardly understand her was on the phone for an hour and 20 minutes to resolve my problem. They said they would send my tickets to my phone.
They didnt now I have to go pick them up over at the box office. I paid an extra 40 bucks to change my ticket date because I accidentally pressed the wrong date went back-and-forth on hold more than four times on the phone like I said an hour and 20 minutes almost on the phone with her was a disaster
Questions seating
- Cannot purchase two seats in Emerald Premium.
- Other sections show a middle seat in rows.
- Aisle seating is preferred for a tall person.
I'm trying to purchase seating in the Emerald Premium section and getting an error message saying you can't purchase two seats and leaving one middle seat available. This doesn't make any sense!
As I look at other sections, there are one seat available in the middle of rows! My husband is very tall, so any time when attending concerts, I try to get aisle seating!

Never got my ticket. Kept getting passed onto other customer service people. Never called back for my refund or refund of my hotel since I didnt get to go to the event.

I feel cheated and like a customer you StubHub don't even care about. I was hoping that at least [PERSON_NAME] would offer some kind of compensation.
I missed over 25 minutes of the show. Very pissed customer, to say the least, not to buy from StubHub.

Having to verify account 3 times in 1 week
- Verification completed, but payment remained unpaid after eight days, while Ticketmaster gets paid immediately and seller payouts wait seven days.
had to verify my existing account to receive payment for sold hockey playoff tickets, even though had sold other tickets a week earlier. So verified my account, all was correct, then still no pay 8 days later .then email/chat and they tell me my account is verified.
8 days later still not paid. so called and they said my account is verified and have to wait 7 more days for pay.
still no money even though. How can Ticketmaster get paid immediately when they sell my tickets to someone but I have to wait 7 days to receive the sale money?

Cant log into my AXS account after resetting password, do better this is BS and if imagine Im not the only person that has gone through this. This is twice now for me

I tried buying two tickets for a concert from someone using the Ticketmaster name and was told to go to Walmart and buy a money card for 61 dollars and give them the money card numbers to get my tickets, but I never did.
