Unfortunately, the Ticketmaster phone number isn’t stated on the contacts page. You may find it on the Ticketmaster Twitter page. It is 800-653-8000. However, users face difficulties calling that number since they have to wait long for a response.

Alternatively, you can email Ticketmaster fun support through the contact us page. You should get a reply within twelve hours.

If you need help with your existing order, you can contact Ticketmaster customer service directly through the company website. Log in to your account, select the order you need assistance with, and click the contact us button. Please note that Ticketmaster support representatives are available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 12 am Eastern time.

The level of service was extremely poor when it comes to customer service. The customer service agents are reading off of a computer screen as to what to say. Then customer services pawns it off on the escalation team which did nothing to resolve the issue or refund the money.
I would not use Ticketmaster ever again.
If I could zero stars I would.

Regarding vip

Still waiting for customer care to call back its been three days. Ive explained my story enough.

Our anniversary and vip was ruined we had to wait in lines because staff was not knowledgeable. We never received our VIP perks I was sent a 100$ gift card and promised merchandise i never received. This was a very special gift to my guy his favorite band is Chicago. We never received an email like others got informing them i believe a day prior.

I paid a lot of money for my first VIP experience and was treated poorly by staff they literally answered my questions with I dont know...i ended up getting so upset it ruined a really special moment. You cant even buy a concert ticket for 100$ gift card i spoke to rep n felt fair to get a day ticket to Aftershock.

The staff was not very well-educated on the v.I.P process made us stand in 2 long lines.We missed out on all our vip perks. I was then told by a rep they was sending the vip packages and a 100$ gift card.

I feel i paid so much you cant buy a ga ticket for 100$ at any show. I then called back n was promised a customer care callback its been three days . I explained i dont want full reimbursement but this isnt fair either. I mentioned one days pass at Aftershock in sacramento would be fair.

It ruined my suprise for my anniversary to my guy whose a huge.

fan of chicago. It was my first VIP and honestly it was terrible to be forced to stand in long line we missed all the fun stuff and two songs by chicago some of the staff was rude and literally said i dont know to our questions i ended up crying this was special to me and my guy still waiting for customer care
