Unfortunately, the Ticketmaster phone number isn’t stated on the contacts page. You may find it on the Ticketmaster Twitter page. It is 800-653-8000. However, users face difficulties calling that number since they have to wait long for a response.

Alternatively, you can email Ticketmaster fun support through the contact us page. You should get a reply within twelve hours.

If you need help with your existing order, you can contact Ticketmaster customer service directly through the company website. I purchased Fantasia tickets and been trying to upgrade them Monday with no help they say I have to transfer them back to who I purchase them i thought I went through ticketmasters but I was hooked up via 3rd party now I'm having a hard time exchanging my tickets

Who wants to do business with a company that cannot secure their customers personal information? Data breaches are unacceptable by any company.

That is why I have not bought tickets from Ticketmaster since this event. When this happens, you put customers in a very stressful situation having to deal with all three credit bureaus placing freezes or fraud alerts. Then having to remove them when they apply for new loans or credit cards.

You made your customers lives difficult. Why do I wanna work with a company that does that to their customers?

Very unhappy with concert event promotions company

Because of the promoter, I was unable to receive a credit towards a future event nor a refund... the customer service representative was amazing...
Mind you I did discuss or disclose i couldn't attend because of medical issue...

Well, I went through this last year the day after Thanksgiving and the matter still haven’t been resolved and AFFIRM is trying to make me pay for the tickets and me and my husband did not even go to the game so yeah I’m still pissed off about it because the situation have not been resolved somebody hacked into my account and stole my ticket and the lady told me at the counter when I got to the Ticketmaster booth so why should I have to pay? I shouldn’t. I hope this situation get resolved. I need a refund sent to AFFIRM because I didn’t go to the game.
