I called the customer service this afternoon For an upcoming VIP exclusive ticket event for Tim McGraw! I reserve these tickets over a year ago!

Only to hear on the phone that I may not be able to attend! Because Ticketmasters app has a bug and they have not put anything out to fix it! I was in mid-sentence with the agent and she hung up on me! I'm not sure how much I'll be using Ticketmaster in the future after this experience!

I just wanted help ensuring that I would be able to attend one of my favorite artists of all time! I chose Ticketmaster because your service is always been great, but I guess that changed when everything went to digital instead of paper! I will definitely be considering my options when booking my next concert event! I was promised a call within the next 3 to 5 business days which exceeds the concert so I don't see that happening!

Now I get to go to the ticket booth the day of the concert and pray I can attend this show! Also it's a 3-hour drive the one and only gift I wanted for my birthday a picture with Tim McGraw!

It would also help if you had agents who spoke English! Like I said I'll be considering my options I wish I could give negative Stars here!

Ticket master customer service is at best very minimal and vague . I did speak with alive representative and she was seemingly help ful and gave me the fraud dept phone number direct line and well it only had taken me six times to call and non of which was one phone call answered there is a relaxing tune playing while you wait for your call to be answered and It will sit for close to ten minutes maybe more and the song end and line goes silent and I let it die probably 30 minutes before I redialed and five more attempts so in my opinion it's just not up to par and for them to be one of the largest entertai ment venue ticket providers they are not givent back to the people that make them rich . Fix your organization so you don't leAve consumers sitting there with no clue as to how refund for tickets that I never purchased was coming back or what . And Iam not letting 500 plus dollars just go unaccounted for .

And then get charged aervice fees to sell them again. It’s *** ridiculous.. next time I’ll just sell them at the venue and I won’t be going through ticket surcharge site again
