So we had a confirmation email but could not find the actual tickets on her account in the way that Ticketmaster works is that if you dont have a ticket you cant even contact them or get a hold of them if you have any questions :-( so when we couldnt find our tickets how are we supposed to contact them to find out where they were?! That part of Ticketmaster is the most frustrating thing ever!
I finally got a hold of Ticketmaster through an email we found online and this company here!
I got a response within 48 hours which is awesome they were very quick and they fixed everything for us we basically found out we had a second account with Ticketmaster that I did not know about or remember LOL and they helped me find our tickets. The point is Ticketmaster should have an easier way to get a hold of them even if its just through email!!
