I purchased three tickets for the Wicked show that was scheduled for May 10th, 2020 but was cancelled due to Covid. I purchased these three tickets on two separate orders.

Order # 10-5****/CH2 & Order # 10-5****/CH2

I received an email stating that the show would be postponed and I would be given further details when it was rescheduled. And I received an email stating that I would receive an refund as the show has been canceled. I never received a refund and the tickets disappeared from my order history so I have not been able to chat with a representative about the refund. Nor have I been able to reach anyone on the phone as Ticketmaster currently has no phone support.

The credit card I purchased the tickets with is no longer valid so I also need to figure out that hurdle. I need someone to contact me immediately to get this figured out as this is a lot of money that is owed back to me.
