I purchased (2) tickets for Saturday May 9, 2026 game. But when I got down to [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] traveling from [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA], Md.
after paying so much to get to the [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] I went through the line I had a bag that had a pillow a blue [PERSON_NAME] jacket, & my meds. After the check point the older man went to talk with somebody. That somebody was a little young girl. When she started talking to me I asked for her supervisor or manager because she was being disrespectful from the beginning of her conversation to me.
She started sending all kind of people to me even a female cop. I asked the cop was she the manager or supervisor she answered no. Then I said to the cop that we didnt have anything to talk about. So the supervisor came @ last but she just went on what she was told by [PERSON_NAME], & her name is [PERSON_NAME].
I stayed between the numbers 8, & 42. I did go to the lockers but the lady there said that she was close after trying to get my card to work so that I could put my belongings in one of them..I sat on the outside wall listening to the game as well as RB artist [PERSON_NAME]. [PERSON_NAME] went to leave for the day but looked over @ me in she start cussing
me out an shaking her little baseball bat @ me making threats that she was going to beat my ass with that bat. I told her that she wasnt about that life twice.
She finally went around the wall of the stadium.to the light rail. I went to the open gate, & reported her to her supervisor [PERSON_NAME] in the green shirt. I paid $93 Ninety- Three Dollars, & some change for my (2) tickets that I never use. Im so disappointed with the staff @ [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA].
I been coming to the games since I was a little girl, Im 62 yrs. old now.
I dont take threats lightly @ all. I dont appreciate how I was treated.

Never received my ticket to the Knicks vs Cavs playoff game 3. Called and kept getting passed on to other customer service representatives before connection was lost and they never called back.
Sent numerous emails and no response.
I need a refund plus credit for wasting $300 on the hotel(out of [PERSON_NAME]). They also need to ban that reseller.

We couldnt get in ! We were sent to several gates that redirected us .
Had to park a 20 min walk away . When we got to the gate the guards said there was no one to scan our tickets and let us in . This was more than an hour before the show ended .
I have the tickets in my wallet that were never scanned . Very upset .

My app told me there were no events, even though I had email confirmations for the two shows I purchased. After going through the help recommendations, I still couldnt get them, so I had to call and talk with a live person.
She was excellent! She told me what the problem was and then walked me through the whole process and my tickets now show in the app.
