Ticketmaster and their despicable practices
I am absolutely livid with Ticketmaster and their despicable practices that allow promoters and venues to get away with straight-up robbery! It's beyond infuriating that they permit these deceitful promoters to advertise concerts with a specific lineup, only to turn around and change it after people have already forked over their hard-earned money for tickets.
And to add insult to injury, Ticketmaster has the audacity to refuse refunds to the misled customers! Ticketmaster allowed the venue/promoter to promote a concert with Tamar Braxton in the middle of the flyer for a show in St Louis on 2/18. After I purchased tickets, Tamar Braxton was removed from the flyer and Ticketmaster refuses to issue a refund.
This is nothing short of a scam, facilitated by Ticketmaster's complicity. It's crystal clear that Ticketmaster is prioritizing their profits over the rights and satisfaction of their customers.
Allowing promoters to pull the rug out from under unsuspecting concert-goers and pocket their cash without providing any recourse is utterly reprehensible.
Customers shouldn't have to suffer the consequences of Ticketmaster's lack of oversight and accountability. It's outrageous that they are turning a blind eye to this blatant theft. By enabling promoters to engage in this deceptive practice, Ticketmaster is essentially condoning theft and fraud.
BE WARE IF YOU ARE PURCHASING TICKETS FROM TICKETMASTER that has multiple artist on the line up. If the line up changes after you purchase tickets, Ticketmaster doesn't care and won't help you get a refund because profit means more to them than customer satisfaction.

My tickets were stolen and sold
I purchased four tickets to the Twenty One Pilots show on 9/20 at TD Garden in Boston, MA. My tickets were stolen from my account and sold hours before the show.
We were already at the venue before I discovered this. We had to buy four more tickets.
I changed my password on my app many times to avoid such an event! I want to be compensated for the money I have lost!

Regarding vip
The staff was not very well-educated on the v.I.P process made us stand in 2 long lines.We missed out on all our vip perks. I was then told by a rep they was sending the vip packages and a 100$ gift card.
I feel i paid so much you cant buy a ga ticket for 100$ at any show. I then called back n was promised a customer care callback its been three days . I explained i dont want full reimbursement but this isnt fair either. I mentioned one days pass at Aftershock in sacramento would be fair.
It ruined my suprise for my anniversary to my guy whose a huge.
fan of chicago. It was my first VIP and honestly it was terrible to be forced to stand in long line we missed all the fun stuff and two songs by chicago some of the staff was rude and literally said i dont know to our questions i ended up crying this was special to me and my guy still waiting for customer care

Dont know the contact mail
Two days ago, my bank sent me a message. It was related to this company, but I didn't do any shopping from this site and company.
I need to contact them, but I live in another country so I could not contact them by phone call.
I need their email, but I could not find it on the internet so I cannot solve my problem right now. If anyone knows anything about it, please contact me.

I tried to buy 2 tickets to Imagine Dragons concert in Barcelona.
I think the session was over but I confirmed my credit card dtails at the same time. And the total amount was paid by my credit card.
Could you send me back the money or tickets that I boutht?

Not gettin access to my ticket master account
Hi, it's saying Ticketmaster doesn't recognize the email address, and my event is at 8 PM. I cannot do the transfer because I cannot get access to the Ticketmaster account.

Cant Sell Tickets
I bought these tickets and could not go. I tried to sell the tickets and they would not allow me to sell them.
Today is the concert which I cannot attend and there is no way to sell these tickets.
I am now at a loss of $222. This seems like an unfair practice!

My tickets where picked seats picked them while processiythe ticket master froze..I heard several at same time say it happened to them after three attempts the tickets were sold out I called and tmto
I tried to get big blue madness tickets and I had got to pick tickets and the seats and as processing it froze then I attempted 2 other times and still froze then sold out. I called and put on hold 35 to 40 mins then to only be hung up on... They do not care about the people.

Needed help no one answer my call when I called
Have someone to talk to , to fix problems. I try to accept tickets, I need to have an account with Ticketmaster, I sign up for account, needs to be verified on phone and email, I get sent a code to conform but need to exit out to get it.
Then cant get back in to enter the code. I call ; it says to go on line, now Im typing this instead of being able to simply receive my tickets. Needs to be a hundred words.
JUST HELP ME. Now between typing, and calling its been an hour and still havent been able to get someone to help me with my problem.

Fraudulent Charge on my Card
I woke up this morning in Michigan to a fraudulent charge on my debit card for $1,291.53. I can't contact my bank for anything because it's Sunday and apparently, their fraud department doesn't work one day a week.
I am wondering if there is any way for you to stop this from your end, as it's still a pending charge? This is a lot of money for me and it's going to hurt me financially.
Please help me stop this charge. It says the charge is from Ticketmaster in LA, California.

You don't understand. Ticketron has no involvement other than to sell tickets.
They don't set prices or venue. They don't set the program or the artist appearances. But they do get blamed for a lot of things that are not of their doing.
Accusing someone of "blatant theft" is likely libelous and would cost you a whole lot of time, effort and money to defend yourself against a libel suit (which you would lose). Good thing you can hide behind this website.
Who is Ticketron? You sound like a bot just trying to defend Ticketmaster for not holding organizers responsible for posting and selling tickets for one line up before tickets go on sale, then changing the line up after tickets have already been posted.
