They absolutely did not help me with my ticket problem which they caused. Cost me two ballgames. The fact that I have to have 100 characters for this review shows they want people to give up and not leave a review.

People kept coming up to my seats and telling me to get out of them I couldn't even watch the show right comfortable because people kept coming up to me and telling me to get out of their seats

Why it shows 1 seat for 4 tickets.

I was convinced that Im buying 4seats.

My receipt shows seats 5 6 7 8 but when I go to my tickets it shows only seat 5 on all tickets.

Once I had the proper paperwork, resolution was accomplished expeditiously wwwww

I got into a bad car accident, and unfortunately, I have memory loss and cannot recall my phone number to retrieve the account; that's what my email address is for. I'm trying to sell my tickets because I cannot make it to the event considering it's raining, and basically, customer service is telling me, 'Oh, it's nothing we can do about it,' as if it’s their money that they spent for the concert.

This company is fraudulent. I posted tickets and I don't see them in my account.

You can't reach anyone by phone except for a stupid song.

The AXS insurance I bought for 16 dollars is also a fraud - very few situations are eligible for a refund, none of which are stated when they sell you the insurance. If they do, it's buried somewhere not apparent to the buyer.

My flight didn't make it on time, and I paid extra for the refund. The bag claim in the new town to us just landed. Jet leg.

Concert is tomorrow and I am unable to try and sell these [PERSON_NAME] tickets. I can no longer attend but would like to recoup the face.

What a horrible company Ticketmaster is!

My experience was absolutely terrible. All I wanted was to change the phone number on my Ticketmaster account.

Cannot change my phone number because I dont have the old number. Customer service cannot even help me change my phone number because I dont know that number from 20 years ago.

It should be a better way of changing your phone number through Customer service with email but no, I cant change my phone number. Thats messed up.

Need a better way to change your phone number on your account when you dont have their phone number anymore Customer service cannot help me change my phone number because I did not have the old number. I bought good tickets, but they voided them and resold them. Customer service was no help.

I got a refund, but that is not what I wanted. I wanted to go to the games with my friends and sit in the seats I purchased at standard price.

I can't get a refund. TM wants me to pay to get a refund.

It's all a joke. I sold tickets back for a lot less, and now they want to give me a refund.

Purchased 2 AC/DC tickets for *** on September 16th. $800.00.

No tickets. And they know nothing about it. I'm screwed. Ticketmaster tells me I must have purchased them through a 3rd party.

However, I called Ticketmaster's phone number, and they processed it with my Mastercard, no problem. I'm totally devastated.
