They charged $28 in fees on an order of two tickets that were emailed to me so no unnecessary fees were added. The tickets were only 24 each so it was more than one of the tickets and not one Ticketmaster employee or cost was incurred.

A 100% electronic transaction. That is really ridiculous. And they have a monopoly on ticket sales in Pittsburgh. You can't get tickets anywhere else.

If you could these fees would be reduced significantly.

Makes me not want to ever go to another event sold through them. They want 10 more words so I will say good bye.

Completely agree! I purchased two tickets to Jack Johnson, $70 each.

Total should have been $140, but it was $209.40 after the service fees. 100% electronic transaction.
