On Jan. 3, 2017, I sold 6 NFL playoff tickets through TicketMaster for $570.

It's been over two weeks and I have yet to be paid. TicketMaster keeps asking me to delete and reenter my Routing Transit Number and Account Number information for my checking account. I am a former corporate banker. The numbers were entered correctly the first time, the second time, etc.

They are using "faulty account information" as an excuse to refuse payment. The tickets transferred and the event ended over two weeks ago. Looks like I'm out $570 as TicketMaster says that they can't make the direct deposit work.

I have contacted my bank and they have no record of TicketMaster ever attempting to make a deposit. Bottom line -- don't trust TicketMaster to deliver on its promise to pay.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $570.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Not getting paid for tickets sold by me through ticketmaster.
