Ticketmaster - Sold tickets have not been paid
Good morning - I have a Sold Listing # CP5525B5E
It is stating Payment on Hold. I called my bank and there is not an issue on their end with payment I have added a card as well.
I am not sure why this is an issue and what needs to be done. I tried to delete my account and re-enter and it stated I do not have access to do that. Any help is appreciated. I am aware that the payout if 3-5 business days from Sale.
I added a card and made sure it was updated to reimburse!!!
These sold 11-6 so the small deposits should have been made and they have not.
This is Absurd!!! That this is taking this long and that I have NOT been able to get a person who can help me on the phone or email!!!
On 11/21 I was messaged that the payment will retrigger and I still have not been paid!!!
User's recommendation: Do not buy or sell with them horrible.
