My friend's wife passed away and she left behind a 14 year old son. It was close to Christmas and we decided to surprise him on Christmas morning with tickets to Monster Jam.

He loves to collect the trucks and loves the shows. I got online and ordered 2 tickets for him and his dad. They said the print out the tickets at home. They attended the event today and the lady at the ticket counter asked them for their tickets and when they presented the printed ticket they said that those where not tickets.

They needed actual tickets to get into the show. So not only did the boy lose his mother but thanks to this fraudulent company, he missed out on his surprise Christmas present too!!!! Internet fraud is against the law and something needs to done about this!!!!!!

I kept all the papers that was printed out concerning the purchase and printing of the tickets for this event. He has proof!!!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Ticketmaster Monster Jam Show Ticket.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $88.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Total internet fraud.

The venue did not have a ticket reader ?

Was the show sold out ?

All the manager would have to do is go see that those seats were unoccupied.

Dad couldn't get a couple on the spot ?

Poor kid , welcome to life. Give him the $88 when you get the refund and add $12 more - those brand new series $100 bills are very cool ; get him a brand new unused one from the bank. I'd bet he'll feel a tiny bit better.
