I purchased tickets for my brother's 65th birthday and the tickets never arrived, so I went online and it said they were processing, so I called and they said the tickets will be available on the night of the event. Got there and showed my proof of payment, seat numbers, all of it and they said the tickets weren't uploaded from Ticketmaster.
I called Ticketmaster and they said they use a third party ticket agency and are not responsible. But it gets better. I asked for the third party's info to contact them and they wouldn't provide it. I just ate $370 and a blown birthday night with my brother.
Tough pill to swallow.
And now I'm dealing with their customer relations department in India and they couldn't care less and are washing their hands of it. So I'm stuck.
User's recommendation: Do Not Buy From Them!
Monetary Loss: $370.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
